A “discovery call” is a chance to get to know each other a bit. The call is very informal.
We’ll spend some time discussing your needs, goals, and aspirations, and any questions you might have. You’ll also get a chance to learn about my coaching style and approach. This conversation lays the groundwork for a successful coaching relationship.

A simple way to think about it is:
Coaching = “How do I move forward and get to where I want to be?”
Therapy = “How do I heal and feel psychologically healthier?”
Coaching is future-focused. With ADHD, coaching helps you figure out how to make life actually work—creating structure, routines, and strategies that fit your brain.
Therapy helps you heal and manage emotional and mental health challenges.

A typical session is 50 minutes and focused on what’s most challenging for you right now.
We’ll usually start by checking in on anything you’ve been working on, then shift into a real-life situation where ADHD is getting in the way. Together, we’ll problem-solve and build practical strategies you can use right away. We’ll wrap up with clear takeaways so you know what to focus on between sessions. The process is collaborative, structured, and always non-judgmental.
